CONSULTATION

Contact us to set up an initial consultation. During this consultation we will discuss your design hopes, realistic budget goals and construction possibilities and restrictions. We will help you figure out the value point and the necessary investment to achieve optimal results, and develop a scope of work that would accomplish the most for your enjoyment and usage.

CONTRACT

After consulting we will compose a Preliminary Estimate for the Project, which will become our actual Contract to begin the design phase. We will work together to develop a realistic plan of renovation-action. During the design phase adjustments to the estimate may be made, and design decisions will be thoroughly vetted for budget and value considerations. If feasible, we will conduct a series of probes to confirm construction parameters and adjust the estimate and plans accordingly. If we need a Department of Buildings (DOB) Work Permit, we will engage our Registered Architect to convert our design drawings into a proper DOB Submission.

Upon DOB plan approval and receiving our Permit we will begin demolition and construction. We will work with our Subcontractors to facilitate their respective trade standards and code requirements, and ensure the work is done in such a way that they’ll all get their inspections passed and final sign-offs. Designer, homeowner and contractor will have regular meetings to ensure adherence to the design plan, make any necessary or desired changes or adjustments, and certify that the Project moves steadily to completion.
