Dean Street Project
This project began as a repair job, where the owner had begun demolition of portions of the apartment, but then decided to engage our team and encompass the entire apartment to get the best value and product. The apartment was selectively gutted - the bathroom, kitchen, wallboard, sound insulation, doors, jambs, casings, baseboards - all new. All new lighting, switches and outlets were installed. All new plumbing fixtures as well. A custom kitchen was designed, ordered and installed - with Caesarstone countertops and a large farmer’s sink. All new wood floors were installed. As a final touch high quality skim-coating and painting finished the project off.
